Hello!  My name is Polina Nocera and I am a Senior Client Advocate and Planning Associate.  I coordinate NEST’s extraordinary services for our High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clientele.  We are grateful that many incredibly successful business owners and C-Suite executives rely on us to quarterback their family’s financial dynasty, and they, of course, can trust us to do so with the utmost privacy and discretion.

As the saying goes, “With great wealth comes great responsibility.” We are honored to shoulder a great amount of that responsibility on behalf of our clients so they can continue to pursue their dreams, propel their success, and enjoy--and share--the fruits of their labor. 

My role in that equation is to create and maintain a perfect symphony of advisors working on our clients’ behalf.  I keep our team’s financial advisors, portfolio analysists, administrative staff and compliance folks all working in seamless unison with the client’s legal advisors, tax team, business associates, and charitable organizations.

In one day, I may handle wires for millions of dollars, the opening of new accounts for emerging business entities, and trusts for grandchildren that are yet to be born. I may lead my team in coordinating a VIP visit to our operational headquarters or a multi-generational family meeting, complete with location, lodging, meals, and relevant advisors.  One of my favorite things to do is facilitate the funding for a client’s favorite charity.  That may come in the form of a donation for research, an impact program, or the construction of a new wing or entire facility within which the charitable organization can grow and thrive. 

There is no need too small or too big for our team to tackle on behalf of the clients who are the top innovators in their respective fields.  Our partnership with these incredible humans allows them to concentrate on doing what they do best.  We have seen time and time again that often these folks use their successes to better the lives of their loved ones, their employees, and the human race in general.  We are proud to have incredible leaders who depend heavily on our NEST, and our NEST team is grateful to have a role in the problems these leaders solve and the generosity they exemplify.
