In her current role as an Operations Transition Manager, Katelyn specializes in guiding transitions for new affiliates. She plays a key role in planning and executing the many moving parts involved in onboarding, helping ensure that every detail is accounted for, and every team feels supported along the way. From branding and licensing to account transfers, technology setup, and property management, she coordinates across multiple areas to create a consistent and welcoming experience for advisor teams and their clients as they join our NEST. She is also flexible and proactive and is always willing to travel wherever she is needed, providing on-site support to help ensure each transition is a smooth experience from start to finish.

Katelyn also continues to support the broader operations team, lending her expertise to a variety of needs across multiple offices. Her collaborative approach and willingness to step in wherever needed make her a trusted resource and a steady presence during times of change.
