Janice comes to NEST Capital with 28 years of experience in HR, management, training, and project management.

As the HR Coordinator, Janice is passionate about nurturing our culture and core values by providing employees and supervisors with tools to build teams that are supported, engaged, and empowered.

Janice enjoys being a resource to make day-to-day processes run smoothly - helping streamline the hiring and onboarding process, answering employee questions, and ensuring communication of employee programs, resources, and benefits.

Janice loves working alongside her daughter, who is a student at the University of Dayton and an Intern at NEST Capital. Janice and her husband, Chris, also have 2 teenage sons and spend many evenings at their football and basketball games. Janice loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and extreme sports. She has competed in many marathons, triathlons, and dance and acrobatic competitions.
